Antique Store Activity

API: Aegis Paranormal Investigations was involved in investigating an occurrence just recently in October that involved overnight activity.
Upon arrival at the location, Carpet Bagger's Antiques & Furniture in Hannibal, MO … we were shown pictures of what had been found in the early hours of the morning.  A number of items had been physically moved.  Not just moved slightly … but a matter of feet … some were even turned to face opposite directions.  Some appeared to have been scooted to their new location, some were rolled … while others had to have been lifted and placed in their new location.
Items varied in weight.  The heaviest item weighed around 60 pounds.  Two of the items were on wheels but weren’t just rolled out … they were turned facing different directions.  All items were placed in a manner to block the walkway.  There was no way to walk through that area without moving something in order to get through.
There was a chair with records stacked on it (the records were undisturbed), a shelf that was several feet tall, a doll carriage with a doll inside, a small children’s coat tree, an end table with a bowl sitting on the top (the bowl was undisturbed), a potato bin, a chair with a cast iron skillet sitting on it, a rolling organizer with drawers and two chairs that were part of a set with matching table and four chairs.  The two chairs in question had been sitting on top of the table.  They were placed in the walkway and turned to face another direction.  Now how did they get from the top of the table over into the walkway without being knocked over?  They were not knocked over or laying on their sides but sitting perfectly side by side like they had been on the table only facing a different direction.
This is what the walkway looks like at any other time.

Here are some pictures of what was found upon arriving on that particular morning.

Here are some close up pictures of what was moved.

We went through and took pictures and upon a quick on the spot review did not find anything that concerned us.  We did find one item that was full of energy.  It was the doll that was in the baby carriage.  One of our investigators determined that the doll had an attachment and this was what had brought about all of the activity.  The doll was so full of energy.  The doll ended up being removed from the premises and there has been no further instances of items being moved.

Upon further investigation of the doll it was found that there are two attachments involved.  One is a child and one is a man.  Could this be a grandfather and grandchild?  Could it be a father and child?  With further investigation we may be able to gather more information but at this time that is all that we know.  The energy and activity revolving around this doll was found to be playful and not menacing.  The doll remains in our care.
API has possession of several items that were known to have caused activity where they were previously located.  Item removal is one of the services that we offer along with our investigations and cleansings.  An item can have an attachment or even several attachments.
Some items we have during our lifetime are cherished and loved.  Some items are despised and unwanted.  Items can retain that energy or even have a spirit attachment upon the death of that individual.  When this happens there can be activity based around that item.  Sometimes a cleansing will take care of it and sometimes an item simply needs to be removed.  Items that we remove are held in a safe environment where they remain.
We are based in Hannibal, Missouri and serve our area within a two hour radius of our location.  We can investigate, cleanse and/or do some item removal for you.  We can also be on schedule for regular reoccurring cleansings of your home, business or property.
We can be reached on our Facebook page where you are able to message us.  Here is the link to our page …
